Ripe mango, creamy avocado and crisp peppers combine to make a most beautiful and flavorful dish. Treat as a dip, spread or all on its own.


  • 1 large ripe mango, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • ½ purple onion, diced
  • ½ orange or red pepper, diced
  • 1 chopped cilantro
  • ¼ lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • pinch of salt


  • Mix all ingredients together.

Ready in about 10 minutes
